A little history

Curry & Partners was established in 1994 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Management Consultants. Founders Paul and Nigel Curry, along with their Partners have built the Practice and the philosophy of providing quality, highly individual and personalised services tailored to all clients needs.

2001 saw Curry & Partners merge with the Sutton Coldfield residential lettings and management office of Leaders.

In 2007, we acquired the lettings department of John Shepherd in Solihull and the office now trades as John Shepherd Curry & Partners, continuing to provide quality residential lettings and property management services to the Solihull, South Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Birmingham-based, Curry & Partners is now responsible for the care of more than £1 billion worth of client’s property assets throughout the UK.
